Network Concepts operates this website. This policy describes what the site collects, why, and what happens to it. It covers the website only. Information gathered during a project, such as floor plans, system passwords or site access details, is handled under the terms of your project agreement.
If you submit the enquiry form we receive the first and last name, email address, phone number, project type, project stage and message you enter. Nothing else is requested and nothing is required beyond those fields.
If you email or call us directly, we hold that correspondence in the ordinary course of business.
Solely to respond to your enquiry and, if it becomes a project, to carry it out. We do not sell contact information, we do not rent it, and we do not pass it to third-party resellers or lead brokers.
Enquiries that do not become projects are kept while they are commercially relevant and then deleted. Records connected to completed work are retained for as long as we support the system and for any period required for tax, warranty or legal purposes.
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies and does not run an analytics package.
Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests font files from Google's servers. Google receives your IP address as part of that request. See Google's privacy policy. If this is a concern, the fonts can be self-hosted instead.
The site is hosted by Hostinger, whose servers keep standard access logs including IP addresses and request times for security and diagnostics.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email alex@networkconceptsutah.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
This site is directed at homeowners, builders and businesses. It is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
