These terms cover use of this website. They do not cover installation work, which is governed by the signed proposal and contract for your specific project. Where the two differ, your project agreement controls.

Using this site

You may view and print pages for your own use in evaluating our services. You may not scrape, republish or redistribute the content commercially without written permission.

Content ownership

The text, photography, diagrams and design on this site belong to Network Concepts or are used with permission. Project photography shows work carried out for clients and is published with their consent. Manufacturer and product names mentioned are the trademarks of their respective owners, and reference to them does not imply endorsement in either direction.

Accuracy

System descriptions, specifications and capabilities shown here are illustrative. Every project is engineered to its own building, and nothing on this site is a quotation or an offer. Pricing, scope and equipment are set out in a written proposal.

Enquiries

Submitting the enquiry form does not create a contract or reserve capacity in our schedule. A project begins when a written proposal is signed by both parties.
